John Millane brings over 30 years of diverse legal experience and a relentless dedication to his clients. A retired Major in the United States Marine Corps, John served our country for 26 years in both the infantry and as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). This unique background instills his legal practice with unmatched discipline, strategic rigor, and a fierce commitment to advocacy.

In addition to his decades of trial and advisory experience, John is deeply invested in the local legal community. He previously served as an adjunct professor of Insurance Law at Canisius College and has spent over a decade mentoring the next generation of attorneys at the University of Buffalo Law School.

Whether navigating complex family law, estate planning, or criminal defense, John offers his clients the strategic insight of an MBA combined with the tactical precision of a seasoned military officer.
